What is the Educational Development Program?
The Educational Development Program is established in Article 27 of the Classified Bargaining Agreement.
This program allows employees not grandfathered into the prior educational provision under Article 27.2 to request a $1500.00 stipend up to four (4) times for each 15 semester units or more of coursework.
